There are a few common questions that come up and here we wanted to answer them for the curious amongst you. For all of your ordering needs, we are of course here for you! But this might be a good place to start. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS? We hand stamp all of our pieces with care after receiving the order - it is personalized just for you! Please give us, 1 week for stamping (5 business days) and 1 week for delivery. You should receive your order within 2 weeks from the order/payment date. But of course we can meet tighter deadlines, and there are other shipping options. If you need a rush on your order, just let us know. By choosing FedEx overnight shipping, the process can be trimmed down to 6 business days start to finish - you can can get your order in just over a week. Toronto-area residents have the option to pick-up their order so it can be ready within 1 week. Or join us Saturday May 10th from 10am-3pm in store at Planet Kid in Toronto. We will be stamping on-site. For Mother's Day we're turning orders around even faster. Order by May 3rd choosing Canada Post or Fedex Ground delivery within Canada or by May 7th choosing Fedex Overnight delivery or May 9th for Toronto pick-up (or shop Saturday in-store). WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? We are based in Toronto, Canada and can ship country-wide. We also ship to the United States, England, Switzerland and Australia. For shipping rates before you place your order, please contact us with the delivery address. You can also see the shipping total before completing the ordering process and providing payment. Toronto-area residents can save on shipping by picking up their order from our retail partner, Planet Kid within 1 week. HOW DO I CHOOSE A NECKLACE LENGTH? We can help!
