10 year anniversary. 21 thousand pieces. Countless moments and memories.

This week, Citrus Silver celebrates it's 10 year anniversary. What. A. Milestone. I want to take this opportunity to reflect on how far we’ve come. So I hope you’ll indulge me as I take a walk down memory lane, and then join me in celebrating the big 1-0. Details below on how you can join in the celebrations.

A decade ago, I was a new mom in the honeymoon phase of parenting. My world – and priorities – had been turned completely upside down in the best possible way. 

I decided to say goodbye to my lucrative corporate job and set out to find a new, more meaningful purpose. I wanted to find a way to capture – and reflect – the strength and power of that ‘mother’s love’ I felt for my girls, and share it with the world. 

And so, Citrus Silver was born.

A lot of things have changed over the years, but this fundamental purpose remains the same. It is – and always will be – infused into every single new design, hand-stamped piece, and lovingly-packed gift. 

Over the years, we’ve grown from a small collection of silver pieces for women only, into a diverse collection. Our designs are now for men, women, and children. They include not only silver but other metals, gemstones, pearls, leather, silk – and even the iconic Canadian penny.

I’ve fulfilled more than 21,000 (yes, thousand!) orders in the 10 years I’ve been in business. That’s a LOT of precious names, dates, and words. 

There are SO many positive stories behind the pieces I’ve created. Celebrating joyous occasions like births, weddings, special milestones, awards, achievements, baptisms, etc. But also some sad ones. I’ve stamped the names of departed loved ones, and words of encouragement for those struggling with illness or grief. 

I want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for sharing these stories with me. For letting me be a part of them, and trusting me to commemorate the people, places, and things that matter most to you in the world.
