Personalization
Selected CITRUS designs can be hand stamped with names, initials, dates, coordinates, or short words. Morse Code pieces can carry a custom message.
You can choose one shared design for the group and, where the design allows, personalize each gift for its recipient. Character limits and available options vary by product.
If you already know what you’d like stamped, include an example with your inquiry. Final recipient details can be confirmed before production.
Packaging & presentation
Your quote will specify the packaging included with your gifts.
Printed messages, event details, and selected custom presentation options can be discussed. If you have a particular requirement, include it in your request so we can account for it in the price and timeline.
Quantities & delivery
We welcome inquiries for small groups and larger corporate orders. Minimum quantities depend on the design and any custom requirements.
Many orders can be prepared within two to four weeks, depending on material availability, quantity, and personalization. Larger or specially developed orders may require more time.

2. Receive your proposal
We aim to respond within one to two business days. When your request includes enough detail, we’ll provide recommended designs and pricing. If essential information is missing, our first response will clarify it so we can prepare an accurate quote.
Your written quote will confirm the products, quantity, personalization, packaging, applicable charges, payment terms, and proposed delivery schedule.
3. Approve your order
Once you approve the quote and final personalization details, we’ll arrange payment and schedule production.
Samples are available for selected designs. Sample costs, delivery, and any credit toward a subsequent order will be confirmed before a sample is sent.
