CITRUS pieces are made using quality materials including sterling silver and select plated finishes. Each product page includes full material details.

Is your jewelry real sterling silver?

Yes. Many of our signature pieces are made in sterling silver. Materials are always listed clearly on each product description page.

What is gold filled?

Gold filled jewelry is made with a thick layer of 14kt gold bonded to a solid brass base metal. It is designed to last much longer than standard gold plating.

What is gold plated jewelry?

Gold plated jewelry has a thin layer of gold applied over a base metal. It offers a beautiful finish, but requires more care over time than gold filled or solid gold.

Is CITRUS jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

Many customers with sensitive skin choose sterling silver. If you have sensitivities, we recommend selecting sterling silver whenever possible.

Personalization

What can I personalize?

Many CITRUS pieces can be personalized with names, initials, dates, GPS coordinates, or meaningful words. Personalization options vary by design and are listed on each product page.

How do I enter my personalization details?

You can enter your personalization details directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart. If you have special instructions, you can include them in the personalization notes box at checkout.

I don’t know my GPS coordinates. Can you help?

Yes. If you choose a GPS piece, you can enter an address, city, or meaningful location name and we can format it into coordinates for you.

What is the difference between hand stamping and machine stamping?

Hand stamping is done by hand using individual metal stamps, creating a slightly organic, handcrafted look. Machine stamping is used for cleaner alignment and precision. The method used depends on the product design.

Can I add to my jewelry later?

Many CITRUS pieces can be added to over time, such as adding a charm or updating a milestone. If you are unsure, contact us and we will confirm what is possible for your piece.

Orders and Shipping

How long does it take to make my order?

Most personalized pieces are made to order. Production timelines are generally 5 business days to make your order in addition to the shipping method you select.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Toronto, Canada.

Do you offer rush orders?

If you need your order quickly, contact us before placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate rush requests when possible.

Will my order arrive gift ready?

Yes. CITRUS orders arrive gift ready, carefully packaged, and perfect for gifting.

Can I include a gift note?

Yes. You can include a message at checkout and we will include it with your order.

Do you include prices in the package?

No. We do not include pricing in the package, making it easy to ship directly to the recipient.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return personalized jewelry?

Because personalized jewelry is made to order, it is typically final sale. If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.

Are earrings final sale?

Yes. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

What if I made a mistake in my personalization?

Please double check spelling before placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to adjust it before production begins.

Will sterling silver tarnish?

Sterling silver can naturally oxidize over time, especially with moisture and air exposure. It can be easily polished to restore its shine.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

store it in a dry place when not worn
avoid lotions, perfumes, and harsh cleaners
gently polish sterling silver when needed

Can I wear my jewelry in water?

We recommend removing jewelry before swimming, showering, or using cleaning products to preserve the finish and extend its life.
