Is your jewelry really made in Canada?
Yes. Every CITRUS piece is handcrafted in our Toronto studio using sterling silver or solid gold and personalized to order.
How long does it take to make personalized jewelry?
Most personalized pieces are handcrafted and ready to ship within 4–5 business days. Earrings typically ship within 24 hours.
What materials do you use?
We use premium sterling silver, 10k gold and 14k gold filled pieces, chosen for their beauty, durability and ability to be worn every day.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time, but it can easily be polished to restore its shine. With proper care, your jewelry is made to last for years.
Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Absolutely. Our jewelry is designed to become part of your everyday life. We recommend removing it before swimming or using harsh chemicals to help keep it looking its best.
