At CITRUS, every piece is made with care in our Toronto studio and packaged by hand before it begins its journey to you. We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your jewellery arrives safely, wherever you are in the world.

Made-to-order processing time

Please allow one week for us to make and prepare your CITRUS jewellery before dispatch. More complex personalized orders may require additional time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. The shipping estimates below begin after dispatch and do not include the time needed to make and prepare your order. Choosing express shipping does not shorten made-to-order processing time.

Canada

We proudly ship from Toronto using Canada Post as our primary carrier.

Estimated carrier transit times after dispatch:

• Standard Lettermail Shipping: 1-3 Weeks (no tracking) 

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (tracking)

United States

All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all duties, taxes, and customs fees are prepaid — you’ll never receive a surprise bill upon delivery.

We partner with trusted couriers including USPS and UPS. The shipping option you select at checkout reflects the service level. Depending on your location, we may use the courier best suited to provide the fastest and most reliable service.

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (with tracking)
  

Every US order includes a tracking number, sent to you as soon as your package is on its way.

International

We’re delighted to ship CITRUS jewellery worldwide.

For all orders outside Canada and the US, we offer the following services:
