Refurbishing Service

If your Citrus piece is in need of some TLC, our Refurbishing Service will make it just like NEW!

Surface scratches and tarnish can cause your silver pendant or charm to look tired. Send it back and we'll grind a thin layer off your hand stamped piece. When we're done it will be shiny and look as good as new.

Send back any hand stamped CITRUS necklace or bracelet. We'll also clean the necklace or bracelet chain from CITRUS that you wear it with.

2 options for returns:

• Mail in a bubble envelope labelled with your contact info and 5 digit order number from your email order confirmation (ie. C8068) to: Citrus, Suite  6-133, 2100 Bloor St. W. Toronto, ON M6S 5A5 Canada (we recommend shipping with insurance + tracking, but it's up to you). If your chain is delicate please put it in a box or between cardboard to avoid damage in transit.

OR

• Drop off at Simply Beautiful in Toronto at 2739 Dundas St. W Toronto (in the Junction) with your name, contact info and 5 digit order number from your email order confirmation (ie. C8068). Please note, Simply Beautiful is closed on Mondays.

Please allow 3 weeks for refurbishing from receipt of your piece. We promise it will be worth it!

Fee applies per refurbished necklace (pendant with chain) or bracelet (bracelet charm with bracelet chain). If you have multiple pieces, please revise your quantity at checkout. CITRUS designs only.
